About Devise Talent Agency

Devise Talent Agency is a licensed and bonded, full-service agency in the Southeast. We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina and represent diverse and experienced talent throughout the United States for television, film, commercials, modeling, voiceover, print and corporate industrial projects.

Founder and owner, Anna Slay, has worked as a talent agent since 2002 and started Devise Talent in 2017. She has helped book clients for numerous projects over the years and has made lasting relationships with both local production companies and casting directors across the Southeast and beyond.

Hedvig Stack and Natalie Garfield joined the agency in 2023. Both Hedvig and Natalie have been in the business since the early 2000’s as parents of child actors and are using their valuable knowledge and experiences to help the Agency grow and add talent.

Brittany DiCello joined the agency in 2024. She is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in pageantry, coaching, and beauty and combines expertise and passion to inspire and empower others. She is the author of the Foundations of Modeling E-book and workshops. As a former Miss NC Teen USA and Teen Miss NC, her expertise in walking and stage presence has made her a sought-after coach for both pageant contestants and fashion shows, including the East Coast’s largest prom fashion event, An Affair to Remember Prom Fashion Show from 2016 - 2019.

Shamiah joined the agency in 2025 as our intern. She is deeply passionate about the arts. She is always advocating for artists to be seen and supported. Shamiah graduated from William Peace University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in English and a minor in Theatre. Currently, she's pursuing her master's degree in Emerging Media Studies and Communications, diving deeper into her passion for social media marketing and strategy. With her background in talent management, Shamiah possesses the skills necessary to keep talent booked and busy.
