Anna Slay, Owner & Senior Talent Agent
Anna Slay has worked in the talent industry since 2002, building a reputation as a trusted advocate for actors and a respected partner to casting directors, production companies, and industry professionals throughout the Southeast and beyond. After spending more than a decade working with an established agency, she founded Devise Talent Agency in 2017 with a vision of providing personalized representation, professional guidance, and long-term career development for performers of all ages.
Over the course of her career, Anna has helped place talent in numerous film, television, commercial, voiceover, and print projects while cultivating strong relationships with many of the industry's leading casting professionals. In addition to representation, she is passionate about actor education and has worked alongside acting studios, universities, and industry experts to help performers better understand and navigate the business of acting.
Known for her integrity, industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her clients, Anna remains dedicated to helping talent build sustainable, successful careers while creating meaningful opportunities for growth and advancement.
Suzanne Laliberté Thomas, Talent Representative
Suzanne Laliberté Thomas brings a distinguished career in the performing arts to her role as a Talent Representative at Devise Talent Agency. After launching her professional ballet career in Miami as both a dancer and teacher, she continued performing and teaching in New York, where she later served as owner and director of a prominent ballet school and its affiliate regional company for six years.
She moved to North Carolina in 1994 and founded the Cary Ballet Conservatory and Cary Ballet Company, spending more than three decades building one of the nation’s most respected dance training institutions. Under her leadership, the conservatory became known for artistic excellence, professional‑caliber instruction, and developing young performers who advanced to the highest levels of the performing arts industry. She also created numerous arts initiatives, including festivals and performance programs that connected emerging artists with professional opportunities.
After retiring from full‑time arts administration, Suzanne was drawn back to the industry by her passion for Film, Television, and Entertainment and her commitment to guiding the next generation of performers. She joined Devise Talent Agency to bring her decades of experience in performer development, industry relationships, and mentorship to both emerging and established artists.
Brittany DiCello, Commercial Lifestyle & Print Representative
Brittany DiCello brings extensive experience in modeling, coaching, and the beauty industry to Devise Talent Agency as our Lifestyle & Print Representative. Her background gives talent a unique advantage in preparing for commercial, lifestyle, and print opportunities, helping them understand what it takes to create compelling, marketable images.
A former Miss North Carolina Teen USA (2002) and Teen Miss North Carolina (2005), Brittany has also earned runner-up placements in prestigious competitions including Miss North Carolina America and Miss North Carolina USA. She is the author of the Foundations of Modeling eBook and workshops, where she teaches posing, movement, confidence, and professional presentation.
Brittany's expertise has made her a sought-after coach for aspiring models, pageant contestants, and fashion productions, including the East Coast's largest prom fashion event, An Affair to Remember Prom Fashion Show, from 2016–2019. As a licensed esthetician, she also understands the importance of presentation in front of the camera and works closely with photographers to ensure talent look and feel their best during photoshoots.
Her eye for branding, image development, and professional presentation makes Brittany an invaluable resource for Devise talent pursuing success in lifestyle, commercial, and print modeling.
Shamiah Sue, Junior Talent Representative & Social Media Manager
Shamiah Sue joined Devise Talent Agency in 2025. Being passionate about the arts and dedicated to helping performers succeed, she enjoys connecting talent with opportunities while strengthening Devise's online presence through creative and strategic content.
Shamiah earned her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in English and a minor in Theatre from William Peace University. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Emerging Media Studies and Communications, further developing her expertise in digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy.
With a background in talent management and a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, Shamiah works closely with both talent and the agency to help actors present themselves professionally, stay informed about opportunities, and continue building successful careers. Her creativity, organization, and genuine passion for supporting artists make her an invaluable member of the Devise Talent Agency team.
Autumn Rager, PR & Networking Liaison
Autumn Rager is a Nashville-area actor, filmmaker, screenwriter, and producer with a passion for storytelling and building connections within the entertainment industry. She has appeared in 911: Nashville and feature films produced in Los Angeles and New York City, while also creating original projects through her production company, Cherry Noir Films.
In addition to her creative work, Autumn has cultivated a strong social media presence through her comedy content and love of vintage Brahmin handbags, earning millions of views on TikTok as @Autumnmfrager.
As Devise Talent’s PR & Networking Liaison, Autumn helps expand the agency’s presence throughout the Nashville market by cultivating industry relationships, identifying networking opportunities, and promoting meaningful connections with casting professionals, filmmakers, and the local creative community.
Originally from southern Kentucky, Autumn lives on her family’s farm with her pride and joy, her dog Henry. She is proud to be an active part of Nashville’s thriving film community.
