About Devise Talent Agency

Devise Talent Agency is a licensed and bonded talent agency based in Raleigh, NC. We represent talent in the Southeast for film, television, new media, print, voiceover, commercials, industrials and theater. The founder and owner, Anna Slay, has worked as a talent agent since 2002 and started Devise Talent in 2017. She has helped book clients for numerous projects over the years and has made lasting relationships with both local production companies and casting directors across the Southeast and beyond. Hedvig Stack and Natalie Garfield joined the Agency in 2023. Both Hedvig and Natalie have been in the business since the early 2000’s as parents of child actors and are using their valuable knowledge and experiences to help the Agency grow and add talent. Devise Talent Agency believes in keeping a smaller, intimate database of diverse and exceptional talent. We also believe it takes a village to help an actor grow; so, we get to know our talent on a more personal level.
